AMCTO is excited to launch the first year of its mentorship program. Members are invited get involved and be active building a strong community committed to knowledge sharing and professional development.
The mentorship program will formally connect and build productive relationships to help develop oneself professionally and to learn from others experiences. While this is only year one, AMCTO will look to start modestly by creating six mentorship relationships that will provide an educational foundation, encourage regular contact and communication and feedback loops to ensure the mentorship experience is beneficial to participants.
We know that everyone can benefit from professional advice and encouragement, no matter where they are in their career. Therefore, we encourage applicants to view this experience as a commitment to their own professional development. Before applying, AMCTO encourages all applicants to review the AMCTO Mentorship Program Handbook in full to ensure they understand what participation in the program entails as well as many of the considerations around a positive mentorship experience.

Interested individuals can apply to enter the program by completing the application forms (fillable pdf) above and submitting them to Brenda Johnston (email@example.com), Specialist Membership Services by no later than Thursday June 30th, 2016.
